  Today my husband and I went with our kids to get a treat, Anthony and his coworker were very nasty and disrespectful, my husband and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and a steak egg and cheese and the sandwiches were not cut properly and they were cold. My iced caramel latte was disgusting my husband's heart coffee was bitter. When I ask Anthony to make me a new coffee he gave me an attitude. Then my kids decided they wanted coladas and my husband ordered a strawberry colada and a vanilla Bean colada and they only charge my husband for one colada. They need to be fired, If they are going to be this disrespectful and nasty they should not be working for a company like this. I am never going back to the Dunkin' Donuts ever again. It's sad because i used to work for Dunkin' Donuts and I was never disrespectful and nasty to a customer. They need to seriously check the people they hire, because it's horrible. Worst experience ever!

  The best when they are not busy. when they are, they sometime cant handle it, and you will get a very watery coffee. they open sometime till late so it is cool to get good coffee when many other locations are closed.
